17 years ago I had wood shutters and a patio cellular shade installed by Aztec. Last week the cord on my shade snapped in half as I was pulling it up. I called Aztec to see if by chance that could be repaired or if I had to replace the shade. They ordered me a new cord and came out yesterday to install it. In quick order.
